Our Knowledge Series is a structured, monthly informational program open to all Coosaw Point property owners, free of charge. Each session focuses on one topic related to how the community is governed, financed, maintained, or structured.
Sessions are not debates, grievance forums, or confrontations.
They are opportunities to get acquainted with what Coosaw Point is — grounded in documents, supported by professionals where needed, and designed to leave every attendee better informed than when they arrived.
The concept is simple: most property owners have significant questions about how Coosaw Point works, but have no reliable, organized way to get answers. POA board meetings are limited in time and scope. Sentry Management handles administration, not education. The Knowledge Series fills that gap. It is Coosaw Futures fulfilling its first stated purpose: to Inform.
