Coosaw Futures started out negatively, and I don’t want anything to do with it.

That’s a fair criticism. The initial impetus for the Coosaw Futures group was specific concern around mismanagement of the Crab Shack Pond repairs and the abrupt resignations of several ARB members. Those were narrow issues with deeper ramifications for exercise of inquiry and advocacy on behalf of neighbors and the community. The broader role of the group is informing a long term vision for the path to change of control when the POA is responsible for the community after the Declarant departs. We hope skeptical neighbors will keep an open mind about why this deeper inquiry and methodical focus is ultimately valuable for all who live here.
